Prasarana Malaysia Berhad or Prasarana is the biggest public transport service operator in Malaysia. Established in 1998 and operational since 2002, Prasarana is the asset owner and operator of the country’s two LRT networks and the KL Monorail; in addition to the bus services of Rapid KL, Rapid Penang, Rapid Kuantan as well as Bus Rapid Transit - Sunway Line (BRT - Sunway Line), Malaysia’s first full-fledged electric bus service and the first fully elevated Bus Rapid Transit in South East Asia.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Diploma in any related discipline with a strong credit in English at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
At least one year working experience in handling customer service preferably in Call Centre environment.
Willing to work in shift and have own transport & must have driving license B2, D
Ability to perform multi task skills to meet the Companys current and future requirement.
Must be attentive, proactive, respectful and considerate while communicating with the customer.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
Have good interpersonal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Good phone voice a MUST.
