Position:
1. HEAD OF MLBP – MANUFACTURING (LOCATION: MELAKA)
Major Functions:
To assist in management planning process
To plan / develop manufacturing planning
To proposed manpower planning and utilization
To plan and control budgeting & cost controlling
To sets and maintain customer interface planning
To proposed improvement process
To monitor project management implementation
To identify people & function management EHS
To develop, evaluate and review objective setting, KPI, etc.
To monitor and maintain supply chain management
Accountable for overall HSE MS implementation and HSE performance of lube plant
Skills/Knowledge required:
Educational Qualifications
At least a Degree in either Sciences, Engineering or Accounting, although a Master's in Business Administration is preferred
Relevant Experience
At least 10-15 years relevant experience in a line function role and 8 years at managerial level experience
Conflict management, personal & team leadership, developing & coaching others, work management/planning & organizing. Safety, health & environment awareness, quality orientation and supply chain
