The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001.



Position:


1. UI/UX DESIGNER


Key Accountabilities:

Defines web/portal objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning web/portal features and functionality.

Designs and develop web/portal and applications development user interfaces for internet or intranet by setting expectations and features priorities throughout software development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.

Completes web/portal development and applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic design, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes

Plan & monitor the design prototypes and iterate concept design, product design and ideas prior to product development via mock up, first model or sample

Implement and collaborate with the project team for feedback and editing designs, when required and collaborating with software engineers/developers in aligning visual designs with website/app functionalities.

Implement routine daily maintenance of existing web/portal.

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is administered by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), an Agency under the Ministry of Human Resources, via the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001.

In fulfilling the nation's aspiration to attain the status of developed country by the year 2020, the HRDF was established in 1993 with the aim of developing quality human capital and world-class workforce in order to achieve a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation.

The objective of the HRDF is to encourage employers covered under the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act, 2001 to retrain and upgrade the skills of their employees, apprentices and trainees in line with their business needs and the development strategy of the country.
