Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in any related field with 3 years’ experience; however, a combination of related customer service training and experience may be considered equivalent.
Excellent Malay and English communication skills both oral and written.
Good interpersonal, communication, and administration skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and independently.
