Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada Warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan dan berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan ditawarkan untuk memohon jawatan kosong di Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd
Positions:
1. LAYOUT & PIPING ENGINEER
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries.
· Familiar with international codes and standard (especially ASME31.3, ASME, API, PTS, SHELL DEP, etc.)
· Good knowledge in preparation of engineering specifications and Job instructions for piping designs, materials, insulation, painting etc.
· Good knowledge in Plant Layout Planning and Detailed Piping Design in view of Construction, Process Flow Scheme, Machinery Operation etc.
· Familiar with coordination work with Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical interfacing with regard to layout and piping design.
· Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/or verification of existing plant documentation.
· Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects.
· Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
· Well verse with CAESAR II and AUTOCAD software.
· Experience in PDS/S3D/PDMS/E3D/CADWORX 3D Cad would be added advantage.
· PC literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project as a minimum).
· Good command in English (spoken and written).
· Priority given to Malaysian Nationality.
2. SENIOR PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
· Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Min. 8 years of working experience in the related field.
· Good knowledge in International codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, etc. Familiar with the basis of calculations stated in ASME B31.3, such as branch calculations and wall thickness calculations.
· Familiar of preparation of piping material class, valve and piping specialty data sheets.
· Good material database skill and experience to work in integrated material control systems (Eg. SPMat, etc) with PDS/PDMS/S3D/SP3D/E3D 3D CAD is preferable.
· Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
· PC literate (MS Word & Excel as a minimum).
· Good command in English (spoken and written).
· Priority given to Malaysian Nationality.
