1. SHARIAH REVIEW (COMPLIANCE) FOR TREASURY & SUBSIDIARY
Job Descriptions:
Perform Shariah review on overall treasury business, operations & activities of Bank Rakyat, departments in Head Quarters and Bank Rakyat’s subsidiary, including the end-to-end product development process to ensure the overall business, operations and activities are Shariah compliance at all time.
Perform Shariah review on overall treasury business, operations & activities of Bank Rakyat, departments in Head Quarters and Bank Rakyat’s subsidiary, including the end-to-end product development process.
Produce and implement Shariah Review Plan which includes objective, scope, checklist, rating, sampling, exit meeting.
Obtain sample of account to be reviewed.
Contact and email the reviewee to inform about the Shariah review process that will be implemented.
Conduct Shariah review Process as planned.
Discuss and present the results of the review process that has been implemented.
Report Shariah review exercise and findings to the Shariah Committee on regular basis and communicate the Shariah Review Report to the respective parties for further action.
Discuss and present the results of the review process that has been implemented to Shariah Committee for further confirmation.
Inform and escalate the minutes of SC meeting to the respective parties for further action.
Monitor rectification plan/any actions to be taken by the respective parties as approved or recommended by SC.
Conduct Shariah Compliance Awareness Programme for all staffs
