1. QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATION INSPECTOR
Description:
To do physical inspection and ensure all raw material for ‘Direct Items’ are documented, given the right status and being updated in the AinSystem in timely manner.
To ensure relevant Good Storage Practices that is related to In-Coming Quality Control is followed.
To do inspection on the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
To do sampling activities including sampling for routine laboratory test (chemical and microbiology test).
Handling all activities related to printed material including inspection during receiving, preparation for production and dealing with vendor for non-conformance.
To assist in reviewing the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and fill in the BMR review checklist.
