Established on 14th February 1992, the Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) is a talent and skills development centre formed through a smart partnership between the Malaysian government and the private sector with an aim of improving the human resources pool in the country. Our primary goal is to develop human resources development through Competency Based Learning.



Positions:


1. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (TRAINING)


Job Task:

Plan, organise, administer, coordinate, sourcing training programs

To revert to customer within 8 hours (first communication)

To follow up on regular period to customer (with agreed timeline)

Coordinate and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of training programs

Conduct / Discuss on-going review, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training program including instructors

Prepare reports as and when required

Ensure all training documentations and reports are organised and systematically generated

Research and keep abreast of the latest learning trends, learning tools and adult learning -way of learning

Responsible for HRDC account management including grant and claim applications processes

Keep internal stakeholders involve and update on the progress of clients training and development

Participate and network in various events to enlarge client pool

Any ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time

Example: organised townhall, attend exhibitor by other depts, etc
